You need some lemon juice quick and fast?
Here are some ways to get juice out of a lemon without tools:
Microwave: Microwave the lemon for 20–30 seconds before cutting it open. The heat will soften the lemon and cause the membranes inside to burst, releasing juice.
Roll: Roll the lemon on a hard surface, like a cutting board or counter, to loosen the membranes inside.
Poke a hole: Poke a hole in the non-stem end of the lemon with a skewer, toothpick, or other small, sharp object. Then squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
Use tongs: Use kitchen tongs to squeeze the lemon.
Use a fork: Put the lemon on top of a fork and plunge it while squeezing.
Cut lengthwise: Cut the lemon in half lengthwise to maximize juice.
Squeeze over a bowl: Squeeze the lemon over a small bowl, rotating it as you squeeze.
